A little about me

About Greg Hahn

I’m a web designer and consultant based in Guelph, working with small and medium-sized businesses across Ontario.

I spent 20 years as a webmaster for a large municipality. Today, my work includes designing websites, building custom tools and helping business owners decide how to improve and maintain their sites.

Experience that carries into the work

My background in managing a website over time shapes the questions I bring to a project. Can people find the information they came for? Will the business be able to keep it current as services and staff change?

Those questions affect the page structure, the content and the way updates are handled. I want us to consider them while we’re planning the site, when there’s time to make decisions that will help after launch.

How I approach a project

I’ll ask about your business and the people who use your website before recommending changes. Your concerns, existing content and any useful customer feedback give us somewhere to start.

From there, I’ll explain what I recommend and why. If a decision depends on information we don’t have yet, I’ll say so. You should be able to understand the reason for the work you’re paying for.

Some projects involve a new website or a custom calculator. Others call for a few changes, help with search visibility or ongoing advice. We’ll work out what fits, then agree on the work and quote before it begins.

Your next step

Working together

You can explore the Services pages to see the kinds of work I take on. If you’d rather talk through your website first, send me the address and tell me what you’re considering.

A rough idea or a problem you haven’t quite figured out is enough to begin the conversation.
